🛠️ Preparation Activities – CACAT-NFE-FORI

Welcome to the Preparation Activities section of the CACAT-NFE-FORI Youth Exchange! As we approach our Youth Exchange in Kato Alissos, Greece (25 July – 2 August 2025), it's important that all participants and partners prepare thoughtfully to ensure a rich, inclusive and creative experience.

📌 1. Personal Posters – Deadline: 20 June 2025

Each participant must create a personal poster to present themselves to the group.

Requirements:

  • Name, country, and short bio

  • Favorite artistic or cultural activity

  • A personal message related to inclusion and creativity

  • Design freely using Canva, PowerPoint, or any visual tool

📤 Upload your poster to your country's folder in the Shared Folder

📌 Deadline for submission: 20 of June 2025  

🖼️ 2. Logo Creation Contest (up to 3 logos per team)

Each national team should prepare up to 3 logo proposals for the CACAT project.

🎯 Goals:

  • Represent the themes of culture, creativity, inclusion, and non-formal education

  • The best logo will be chosen through an online voting process more
    📝 Format: PNG or JPG
    📌 Deadline for submission: 20 of June 2025

🎨 3. National Team Digital Posters (4 per country)

Each national team must prepare 4 digital posters that creatively express the themes of the project.

📌 Themes per poster:

  1. Discrimination in our society – A creative perspective

  2. Culture & Arts as a tool for inclusion

  3. Human Rights & Tolerance through creativity

  4. Youth power against hate

🖌 Format: JPG, PNG, or PDF
📤 Upload to your national folder in the shared drive
📅 Deadline: 10 July 2025

Important task: Posters needs to be the summary of your task 4 about the research 

🔍 4. National Research Task

Each team must conduct basic research about discrimination and inclusion issues in their country.

📚 Content:

  • Real-life cases or data

  • How art and youth initiatives address these issues locally

  • Good practices or local heroes fighting against discrimination

📤 Share your findings via a short presentation (PPT) and a Word file with the extended research. Upload them in the shared drive.
