After the approval of the proposal, the logo of the program will be created, which will accompany every publicity action. A special space will be designed on the website of our association especially for the program where both the actions of preparation and the actions of the implementation of the program will be registered and displayed as well as the results from the integrated program. Also, we are going to create the webpage of the project. Following the selection of the beneficiaries, a communication and information exchange group will be set up between the youth, foundation, and local community working groups.

To achieve the best possible diffusion results, each individual action during the implementation of the program will be documented and made public through photographic and videotaped material during and after the completion of the program. These, together with printed material, will be the basis of the campaign for the dissemination of our results. The Erasmus + Outcome Platform will be used, which offers a comprehensive presentation of all Erasmus + funded projects, highlighting projects, good practices, and further dissemination of learning outcomes.

Also, Webpage of the project will be created.

The participants in the project, after a complete preparation and guidance, will be able to use their experience by organizing workshops, under the guidance of the team leader, where they will be able to transfer the know-how acquired during the program implementation. ROMANIA

-NGO from Romania, is a non-profit organization that was born in 2014 with the desire to provide to disadvantaged young people the opportunity to develop through sports. Currently, the organization works with 5 communities of vulnerable groups. Through sports education, they educate among young people skills such as perseverance, self-education, team spirit and collaboration. The objective and mission of the organization is to provide young people with the opportunity and the chance to make a leap into their future so that they emerge from the vicious circles in which they are trapped due to family, community, or social status. The dissemination of the project will take place both online and offline. They will organize meetings and follow up activities with young people in their community, implementing various tools and knowledge that will gained from the training and use them in their upcoming projects.

ARMENIA

Engaging with dynamic youth and dedicated youth workers is imperative for effectively promoting and disseminating the project's outcomes within their communities and beyond. Youngsters will actively communicate and share project results within their communities. We are committed to providing all the necessary resources to ensure the visibility of the project for other young individuals. Additionally, we are open to offering office space for face-to-face dissemination sessions upon request. Collaborating with student councils will enable participants to conduct workshops, leveraging the skills and knowledge acquired during the project.

Leveraging the digital realm, we will utilize online platforms and social media channels to disseminate the project's achievements. Participants will share their experiences, and our organization will actively promote the project through our social media accounts, regularly posting updates, testimonials, and key findings. By employing hashtags and engaging with relevant online communities, we aim to extend the project's reach beyond our immediate networks.

Valuing the unique perspectives of all participants, we will prioritize their creative ideas during the selection process. Moving forward, their contributions will continue to be central as we progress through the stages of the project.

  • How are you going to engage participants in these activities?

During all the stages of these activities all participants will have their active role and space to be creative. To engage participants in the activities related to sharing the project's outcomes, we will employ the following strategies:

Clear Communication: We will communicate the importance and purpose of sharing the project's outcomes with the participants from the beginning. We will explain how their contributions can create a broader impact and raise awareness about emotional intelligence in youth work. Clear and transparent communication will help participants understand their role and motivate them to actively engage in the activities.

Empowering Participants: We will empower participants by giving them a sense of ownership and responsibility in sharing the project's outcomes. We will encourage them to express their unique perspectives, experiences, and insights gained from the project. This could be through written reflections, videos, or social media posts. By valuing their input and acknowledging their contributions, participants will feel motivated and engaged in the sharing process.

Training and Support: We will provide participants with training and support to effectively share the project's outcomes. This may include workshops or sessions that focus on communication skills, social media usage, or storytelling techniques. By equipping participants with the necessary knowledge and skills, they will feel confident and empowered to share their experiences and the project's impact in a compelling and engaging manner.

Recognition and Appreciation: We will recognize and appreciate the efforts of participants in sharing the project's outcomes. This could involve highlighting their contributions through shout-outs on social media, featuring their stories or testimonials on the project website, or organizing a recognition event. By publicly acknowledging their involvement and impact, participants will feel valued and motivated to continue their engagement.

Feedback and Evaluation: We will actively seek feedback from participants on the sharing activities. This could be through surveys, focus groups, or individual feedback sessions. By listening to their input, we can understand their experiences, address any challenges they may face, and improve the sharing process. Participants' feedback will also serve as a valuable resource for future iterations of the project or similar initiatives.

  • Provide web pages with an explanation of how the results will be shared -additionally mention if you have any radio or newspapers, or television stations with which you can collaborate for sharing the results; provide web pages (if possible) with an explanation.
