FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES IN POLAND

As part of the CACAT project's follow-up phase, the Polish team organised an impactful dissemination event on 19 September in Wrocław, gathering 50–60 young people from their local community. This meeting was dedicated to presenting the results, learning outcomes, and personal experiences gained during the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Greece.

During the session, the Polish participants introduced the Erasmus+ programme, explained the goals of CACAT, and described the workshops, cultural nights, and creative activities they took part in. They reflected on how the project improved their teamwork, communication, intercultural understanding, and confidence. The group highlighted how shared cooking, collaborative tasks, and open discussions helped them build strong friendships and meaningful international connections.

The presentation also showcased photos, stories, and insights about discrimination, equality, and inclusion—key topics of the exchange. Their follow-up event successfully raised awareness about Erasmus+ opportunities, inspired future participants, and strengthened the spirit of creativity and intercultural dialogue within their school community.
