Evaluation

The program evaluation process was continuous throughout the implementation of the project, encompassing the entire 8-month duration. While the core concept of the project remained firm, minor adjustments were considered to ensure that all partner organizations and participants felt comfortable with the project's activities. These changes were made to secure acceptance and consensus among all involved parties. Should significant alterations have been required, we would have consulted with our National Agency to seek their approval.

The evaluation process was divided into the following sections:

(a) Initial Evaluation: This evaluation occurred through online meetings involving representatives of the organizations in March 2025 and in May 2025. During this assessment, the entire program timetable was analyzed and evaluated as a concept. Positive feedback affirmed our decision to maintain the program as presented in the timetable, ensuring acceptance and unanimity among participants and organizations.

(b) Middle Evaluation: Conducted during the first days of the exchange in Greece in July 2025 (from July 25 till August, 02 2025), this evaluation involved discussions on the third day of the exchange. Participants provided feedback on what they liked, disliked, their expectations for educational outcomes, their opinions on the organization up to that point, and any concerns or suggestions for improvements.

(c) End-of-Program Participant Evaluation: On the last day of activities (August 1, 2025), participants completed an online questionnaire with multiple-choice and open-ended questions about each activity and the overall project. The results of this evaluation were analyzed, and a discussion was held among all trainers and organizers to identify areas for improvement. These results were also shared on the program's webpage and can be found in the following file:

(d) Comprehensive Organizational Evaluation: In addition to the above evaluations, each participating organization was responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation report. These reports assessed all aspects of the project, including the meeting venue, meals, social events, logistics, and overall project stages. The evaluation of the organizations was based on the reports and the dissemination carried out by participants in their respective countries regarding the project's results.

(e) Organizational Evaluation Letters: All participating organizations were also asked to submit their own evaluation letters, which were reviewed by the participants' organizations to assess the project's overall implementation. All evaluation report letters can be found in the webpage: https://cacat-nfe-fori57.webnode.page/evaluation-letters/

Furthermore, under the Youthpass framework, participants had the opportunity to self-evaluate the project's results. This evaluation occurred one month after the completion of the workshops, allowing participants to provide a more objective assessment of their learning achievements. The questions posed in this evaluation related to the attainment of learning objectives, the acquisition of skills, and personal development gained during the program.

Through these comprehensive evaluations, our organization gathered valuable feedback and opinions. We used this information to enhance our future project applications, becoming more active, sensitive to various considerations, and addressing our current weaknesses effectively.
