🇦🇲 Armenia – National Follow-Up Activities and Impact
The Armenian team played an active and inspiring role in the CACAT-NFE-FORI project, demonstrating strong commitment to promoting creativity, inclusion, and intercultural learning beyond the youth exchange in Greece. Between 17 and 23 September 2025, they organized two impactful dissemination sessions in Armenia — one at the Alternative Youth Center and another at Gyumri Economic College. These sessions gathered over 40 young people from diverse backgrounds, focusing on sharing project results, raising awareness of Erasmus+ opportunities, and emphasizing how art and culture can be powerful tools for inclusion. Through interactive presentations, discussions, and visual showcases, the Armenian participants highlighted their learning experiences, teamwork, and cultural exchange from the project. Their dissemination work extended to social media, where members shared personal reflections, creative insights, and videos — amplifying the project's visibility and motivating others to join future Erasmus+ initiatives. Each participant, from Nare and Shushan to Van, Taron, Arman, Rosie, and Volodya, brought a unique voice and story, illustrating how non-formal education through arts can connect people across cultures. Their collective efforts created a lasting impact on local youth, inspiring them to embrace diversity, creativity, and European values in their own communities.
Follow Up Activities
Between 17 and 23 September 2025, Armenian team organized two dissemination sessions in Armenia to promote the project results, enhance awareness of Erasmus+ opportunities, and share practical outcomes from the YE. The sessions aimed to showcase the tangible results, learning experiences, and long-term impact of our own participation in the program.
For the first session we cooperated with a community youth space- Alternative youth Center. The event took place on 17 September, bringing together over 10 participants representing a variety of age groups, professional fields, and educational backgrounds. The session was structured as an interactive workshop, combining an overview of the Erasmus+ framework with presentations about our CACAT project and group discussions.
We began the session with an introduction to the Erasmus+ program, explaining its key components and their relevance to both personal and community development. Participants were then introduced to the details of the youth exchange.
During the presentation, we shared the main objectives of the project — promoting intercultural learning, encouraging youth engagement in civic initiatives, and strengthening cooperation among youth organizations across Europe. We highlighted our activities such as thematic workshops, group assignments, and cultural exchange evenings, illustrating how these experiences fostered mutual understanding and practical skill-building among participants from multiple countries.
We also showcased visual materials from the project, including photos, testimonials, and short videos, which helped participants vividly grasp what an Erasmus+ mobility experience looks like in practice. Special attention was given to the learning outcomes, such as improved teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, as well as increased awareness of European values and active citizenship. The second dissemination event was held on 23 September at Gyumri Economic College, attracting 33 young participants, mostly students and first-time applicants interested in international exchange opportunities. During this event, we again presented our Erasmus+ project experience, focusing on how international collaboration can contribute to both professional and personal development. Participants learned about how our team worked with partner organizations from five European countries, coordinated intercultural learning activities, and developed follow-up initiatives to ensure sustainability and continued engagement.
We also discussed the impact of the project on local communities, including how returning participants initiated youth-led initiatives, shared acquired knowledge with peers, and built networks for future cooperation. These examples served as powerful motivation for the audience, helping them see Erasmus+ not only as a travel opportunity but as a structured, educational, and life-changing experience.
Evaluation Paragraphs from participants
Nare - It was my first Erasmus+ experience, and I really enjoyed the idea of learning through art. The workshops showed me how creativity can connect people, and even though there were things that could have been done better, overall it was a really nice experience. What I valued most was spending time with people from different nations, sharing moments, and learning from each other.
Shushan - The week spent in Greece has taught me a lot about the methods against discrimination and strengthened my interpersonal skills. Just as importantly, it has expanded my knowledge about different cultures, including my own, and gave our national team an opportunity to present our food, music, and dances to everyone.
Van - This wasn't my first Erasmus+ experience, but it was definitely one of the most memorable. The workshops, creative exercises, and teamwork made it unforgettable, and I came away with new skills and perspectives I'll always value.

Taron - I enjoyed every moment of the project, especially the interactions with the Polish team who taught us some words in their language — it was fun and memorable. I also appreciated feeling free to express myself and knowing that the space was safe and supportive for everyone.
Arman - An experience I'll always carry with me. Every day we used art, dance, music, and storytelling as tools to explore inclusion and diversity, which made me realize how powerful creativity can be in connecting people. The cultural nights were some of the most memorable moments — sharing food, dances, and traditions with people from different parts of the world made me feel how different cultures can unite so naturally. During the Armenian night, I was proud to share pieces of my culture — from cooking traditional dishes to teaching national dances — and it gave me a new sense of belonging. Beyond the fun and the learning, the project helped me grow as a person, taught me teamwork, and reminded me that even small creative acts can break down big barriers.
Rosie - The project really opened my view to new ideas and ways of thinking. Experiencing different cultures, participating in art and theatre activities, and seeing how others approach inclusion and creativity helped me reflect on my own approach and inspired me to do more in my community.
Volodya - This Erasmus+ project was a meaningful journey for me, combining creativity, learning, and teamwork in the best way. Through art-based activities, I discovered new ways to express ideas and emotions, while also learning how inclusion can be built through simple creative actions. Meeting people from different countries, hearing their stories, and collaborating on workshops made me appreciate how diverse perspectives can come together in harmony. It was both inspiring and motivating, and I'm truly grateful for the memories and lessons I brought back home.
